Buy And Sell Domains For Profit
Summary: "Trust me when I tell you that some of the "Estibot quotes" are out of whack (usually outrageously on the low side) while these given stats are for some domains I have held for a few years now and for some reason never got around to developing them or even listing them for sale. These are soetimes called "Aged Domains", and are porbably more valuable than "newer domains".
The only reasons that I might not sell a domain lets say worth 10K even for 10K today, is that its true value is a competitive market place kind of thing.
All content displayed on this website is primarily original content produced by the author, developer, owner, publisher (its really not such a big deal, but all these Titles are correct) of this website, Stephen C. Sanders.
Therefore I want to state clearly for the record that if you are going to use my words, and ideas thats fine however please cite me as the author, and provide a link back to the site. Without gettting into extensive (superfluous) deatail, thats about the whole concept of the "Creative Commons" thing.
By the way, the great think about crediting a source, and I believe I did miss one link, is that you end up checking your own sources and then really "get" what its all about. So I made the following Creative Commons license for my written work unrelated to this and I am publishing it here as the HTMl code that it is, merely to test it out:
Oh well, I guess it did not work...
Often on this website I provide information that was gotten from appraisal produced by online software called estiot.
(if you click this you need to click on the appraise another button where you are allowed to input 5 domains, try before you buy!) Its also an affiliate link for me so that estibot can give me a little cash for the free advertising.
Like so many other products, estibot is kind enough to let do an appraisal of 5 domains "For Free" if you click on the above link Esti will take you to a screen showing you that Domain.com is worth $6.6 Million (I rounded up)

You should realize that the .US domains (are country TLD's for the United States) and have a few special rules, regarding being a US citizen, or an established entity or ogranization in the 50 states...
For example according to estibot the value of this domain is only 1.4k because the TLD (top level domain... the part after the dot) is a dot US.
So if I place the following in "estimoron"-estibot- the dumb machine that gives me some sort of starting point to determine a domain's value, now that my affiliate link is up I only call it that because when I invent (or build) these great domains (that no one ever thought of before) it sometimes is not "smart enough" to recognize its true value.
(and by the way its # 1 matrix on value is recent actual domain sales prices for similar domains)

Tamarack Lodge, in the Catskills, This would be Steven and David Pitchon's bungalow. Stephen Pitchon (you see I am not sure which way he spelled his name) used to collect tadpoles from the lagoon and watched them grow into frogs in a this little "plastic baby pool" of his own design. One time when Steve got mad at my brother Jeff, he threatened to kill his tadpole.
