The thing to remember in the domain game is this, if you have the required talent needed to develop websites you will never simply be stuck, trying to get other people to buy your domains.

However you should realize that it takes time and effort to build a website. Some websites are relatively easy to build, for example if you are simply wanting to build a "Blog Type" Website, then there are literally 1000's of choices of designs (templates, to choose from).

The image above is what I came up with for one of my websites, and below I want to show some of the options that might be available for someone who wants to take their time building a website while still some finding a way to earn money with their domain.

For those of us who remember and love the game of monopoly, there was a particular square on the board called "Free Parking"

In the wonderful world of domains, there are plenty of options when it come to parking your domain, and many are "free".

Topic Number one:

About the appraised value. Its great to get excited, yet it's also good not to go overboard. I would say it is a good idea to take the estibot values with a fairly large grain of salt. For example, recently I bought this domain called AlmostHome.in. Now for some reason, estibot told me that this domain was worth around $3,000, so of course I bought it for registration fee, which in this case may have been around ( $17-$24 ) prices for domains vary at different registrars (particularly for the "unusual" ones like .in.

Is the domain worth the $3000? Well, thats hard to say. Lets go to the stats:
